Occupational Therapist job in Ada OK

Ref #: A-OT-66952We're looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a long-term care team in Ada, Oklahoma, starting 05/25/2026. This is a contract/travel opportunity working day shifts (8-hour days) with no weekend requirements. The assignment is 35 hours per week with a pay rate of $2,020/35-hours.What you'll be doing:Providing occupational therapy services in an LTC/rehab settingEvaluating residents, developing and implementing treatment plans, and documenting progressCollaborating with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to support resident outcomesWho we're looking for:Minimum 1 year of OT experience (LTC or rehab preferred)Active Occupational Therapist license (Oklahoma license required)New grads are welcome if they have completed a Level II fieldwork (not just Level I observation)Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approachShift details:Days8-hour shiftsNo weekendsIf you meet the licensing and experience requirements and want a supportive LTC environment in Ada, OK, this could be a great fit.
