AIMS Program Manager
Location: Remote (US) – Eastern Time hours required
Type: 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension/Conversion)
We are seeking an experienced AIMS Program Manager to support critical technology initiatives for a leading global aviation company. This individual will drive platform upgrades, coordinate internal teams and vendors, and establish the structure, governance, and accountability needed to ensure successful program delivery.
Responsibilities:
Manage AIMS platform initiatives, including an upgrade project.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and key stakeholders.
Establish project priorities, governance processes, and delivery timelines.
Manage risks, dependencies, problem resolution, and project reporting.
Drive stakeholder communication, operational readiness, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Direct experience with the AIMS airline operations platform is required.
Experience managing AIMS implementations, upgrades, or related technology projects.
Strong technical project/program management and vendor coordination skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.
Airline industry experience strongly preferred.
Ability to work Eastern Time hours with flexibility for early meetings with international teams.
