We move fast, ship daily, and obsess over building something founders and revenue leaders genuinely love.The RoleAs our Founding Product Manager, you'll work directly with the founders to shape Gojiberry from strategy down to the pixel. You'll own discovery, scoping, design partnership, and shipping — across our ICP builder, agent infrastructure, and outreach engine. This is a foundational hire: your fingerprints will be on every part of the product.What You'll DoPartner directly with the founders on product vision, roadmap, and strategic betsLead end-to-end discovery: customer interviews, problem framing, opportunity sizingDesign product flows and high-fidelity mockups in Figma alongside engineeringDefine and ship features across the ICP, agent, and campaign layers of the platformBuild tight feedback loops with our customers — sales leaders, founders, and GTM teamsUse AI tooling aggressively to compress design, research, and delivery cyclesSet the bar for product quality, taste, and velocity as the team scalesWho You Are5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, ideally with exposure to sales tech, GTM tooling, CRM, or adjacent B2B categoriesTop-tier academic background (grande école or equivalent)Strong Figma fluency — you can design, prototype, and iterate without waiting on a designerComfortable using AI tools (Claude, Cursor, v0, lovable, etc.) as everyday leverageFluent in English (working language); additional languages a plusSharp written and verbal communicator — you can sell an idea internally and externallyBias toward shipping: pragmatic, decisive, allergic to bureaucracyFounder mindset — you take ownership, you don't wait to be told what to doWhy JoinFounding seat at an early-stage AI company with real tractionDirect collaboration with the founders, no layers, no politicsFull remote with flexible hours, international teamHigh-growth environment — results-oriented, fast-paced, ambitiousThe chance to define a product categoryInterested?
