The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and leading the direction of all food and beverage activities, managing a team of direct reports with integrity, and overseeing stakeholder relationships. This role requires a professional with a high level of polish, a humble and collaborative personality, and the ability to create new food and beverage concepts from inception to implementation. The VP will also be expected to collaborate with other departments and managers on various projects and to be involved in the creation of new outlets, as well as the reconcepting and opening of new properties. Applicants for the Vice President of Food and Beverage position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in above-property food and beverage leadership, with at least 5 years at the VP level. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA being preferred. The ideal candidate will have a stable career trajectory, experience in overseeing a diverse portfolio of dining establishments, and a proven track record in creating and managing high-end luxury and high-volume concepts. The role demands a professional who is adept at managing a team, is highly collaborative, and is capable of working with a high level of integrity and consistency.
