The right candidate for our Decorative Hardware Consultant position will enjoy helping our customers select decorative hardware for their homes and businesses, as well as developing long-term relationships with home builders and interior designers. Creative, organized people with friendly and patient personalities do well in this position. Duties and Responsibilities:Provide customer service true to our motto first and foremostMaintain a clean, attractive, stocked and organized showroomBuild sales with walk-in designers, architects, developers, and homeowners.Actively listen to customer's needs to best meet their expectationsEnsure each customer experience is personal to their shopping needsFollow up with customers and designers after selections to ensure and maximize customer satisfaction.RequirementsPrevious experience in interior design or other related fields.Customer first approach in order to exceed their expectations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High energy self starterJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeWe offer competitive wages, bonus opportunities, daytime hours (no evenings or Sundays), and paid holidays, sick time, and vacation time, along with health benefits.
