We foster a collaborative, fast-paced environment where professionals are trusted with meaningful responsibility and direct client engagement.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting IP disputes in federal courts. The ideal candidate has deep experience in litigation procedure, case management, and trial preparation, along with familiarity in IP enforcement and defense matters. This role requires strong organizational skills, command of litigation deadlines, and the ability to manage complex, document-intensive matters from pre-suit investigation through trial.ResponsibilitiesIP Litigation Support Assist attorneys in all phases of IP litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparationDraft and format complaints, answers, counterclaims, and motion filingsManage discovery processes, including document collection, review coordination, privilege logs, and productionCoordinate with experts, vendors, and e-discovery providersPrepare deposition and trial materials, including exhibits and witness bindersSupport hearings, mediations, and trial proceedingsCourt & Administrative Filings File pleadings in federal and state courts via CM/ECFAssist with matters before the USPTO, TTAB, PTAB, and other administrative bodies as neededDocket & Case Management Maintain litigation calendars and critical deadlinesTrack court orders, briefing schedules, and procedural requirementsEnsure compliance with local rules and judge-specific requirementsLegal Research & Analysis Conduct research related to IP statutes, procedural rules, and case lawPrepare summaries and support memoranda for litigation strategyClient & Case Coordination Serve as a key liaison between attorneys, clients, and third partiesAssist with case status reporting and litigation budgeting support QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience as an IP litigation paralegalSignificant experience supporting federal court litigationWorking knowledge of patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret disputesProficiency with CM/ECF filing systemsExperience with e-discovery platforms and litigation case management toolsStrong understanding of litigation timelines and procedural rulesBachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferredExceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven matters Pay range and compensation packageWe offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
