A company is looking for a Production & Tech Ops Ecosystem Lead. Key ResponsibilitiesDefine ecosystem-specific COS standards for Operations, Supply Chain, QA/QC, and Technical Operations Oversee the installation and continuous improvement of the CSL Operation System across sites Support value delivery and monitor accountability within the ecosystemRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in a Technical or Business Field with 10+ years of experience; a master's degree is a plus Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, with certifications preferred Experience in operational or functional leadership roles, including Value Stream Lead or Deployment Lead Background in implementing Lean production systems and aligning global processes across multiple sites Experience in coaching senior leaders and deploying high-level goals
