While experience with SMT is required, soldering skills are preferred to ensure high-quality assembly and production.Key Responsibilities:Operate and maintain SMT machinery for placing and soldering electronic components on PCBs.Set up and calibrate SMT equipment, including pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and screen printers.Inspect and verify the quality of SMT assemblies, ensuring they meet company standards and specifications.Perform routine maintenance on SMT equipment and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to address and resolve assembly issues.Document production processes and any deviations or problems encountered.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electronics or SMT operations is preferred.Experience operating SMT equipment in a manufacturing or production environment.Experience working with Juki machines is preferredSoldering experience is a plus, with the ability to perform minor repairs and rework.Strong understanding of SMT processes and equipment.Attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections.Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude.About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
