Onsite - Tukwila, WA 3-month Contract (W2), Weekly Pay (40 hours/week) Pay Rate: $23.50/hr. Desired Start Date: 6/25/2026 Shift: Thursday - Monday 8:00AM - 4:30PM (8:30AM - 5:00PM) Weekends Position Summary Calculated Hire is in search of a detail-oriented Operations Processor to join a fast-paced lockbox processing environment for our Fortune 100 Financial Services Company. This role is responsible for receiving, sorting, and processing incoming mail and check payments, ensuring accurate routing to data entry and encoding teams. The ideal candidate thrives under strict accuracy and productivity standards, has strong data entry and ten-key skills, and can effectively manage deadlines in both independent and team-based settings. This is a 3-month onsite contract with strong potential for extension or full-time conversion. Key Responsibilities Receive and process incoming mail and check payments Sort payments by lockbox and customer for proper routing Ensure accurate handoff to data entry and encoding teams Maintain high levels of attention to detail and accuracy Meet strict processing deadlines in a high-volume environment Collaborate with team members while working independently Qualifications Data entry experience required (core skill) Ten-key proficiency required Lockbox experience preferred (top candidates) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize workload and manage tight deadlines Strong communication skills in a team environment Accounting or finance background is a plus Performance Metrics 8,000 keystrokes per hour Process ~700 payments per hour Accuracy rate of 1 error per 10,000 entries Schedule & Work Environment Onsite role in a lockbox operations processing center Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST Saturday, Sunday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST Overtime may be required based on volume Opportunity to leave early during lower-volume periods Contract Details 3-month contract with potential for extension Extensions often occur on a month-to-month basis Opportunity for full-time hire based on performance Pay: $23.00 per hour Work Location: In person
