Cupcakes are important, but our participants come first.We’re looking for passionate, adaptable people to join our team in two roles:Therapeutic Team Lead – Front of House/Shop (FOH) or Back of House/Kitchen (BOH)Lead small teams of adults with brain injuries in our bakery. Deliver functional therapy while managing a dynamic environment. Ideal for experienced SLPs, OTs, or rehab professionals. Must have high cognitive flexibility — the ability to adapt quickly, solve unpredictable situations calmly, safely, and with dignity intact.Functional Skills Coach (FOH or BOH)Support our leads and help participants build skills. With supervision by a Therapeutic Team Lead, will implement strategies designed for each participant’s success. Must have high cognitive flexibility — the ability to adapt quickly, solve unpredictable situations calmly, safely, and with dignity intact. Great fit for grad students or those pursuing SLP/OT pathways.All roles require a Food Handler’s Permit and a genuine commitment to our mission. Positions are generally 5-25 hrs/week, depending on which shifts are available. Shifts are consistent across weeks, in order to provide consistency for our participants.
