Server/Bartender
Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our team in delivering exceptional fine dining and beverage experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service environments . This role involves taking orders, serving food and drinks, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Prior experience with Toast POS systems is preferred, along with strong multitasking and time management abilities.
Responsibilities
Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests using POS systems
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction
Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area, bar, and dining space according to food safety standards
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service operations
Assist in setting up banquet or catering events when required
Uphold food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times
Manage multiple tables or bar stations during busy periods with effective time management
Skills
Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, billing, and retail math calculations
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced environment
Experience in serving, bartending, catering, or banquet settings is desirable
Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively

Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour
