As we expand our reach across the Washington DC-Baltimore corridor, we need a compliance and strategy leader who understands how to navigate federal regulations to create life-changing career pathways for youth and underrepresented communities.If you are an expert in WIOA regulations with a passion for AI, IT, and digital equity, we want to hear from you.The RoleAs our WIOA SME, you will be the strategic architect of our workforce initiatives. You will bridge the gap between complex federal requirements and innovative technical training, ensuring our programs remain compliant, effective, and deeply impactful.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Collaboration: Partner with workforce boards, community organizations, and employers to design and implement WIOA-aligned training strategies.Compliance Leadership: Oversee program alignment with Department of Labor (DOL) regulations and lead the Civil Rights Center (CRC) Complaint Process protocols.Program Excellence: Evaluate program effectiveness and ensure that our vocational assessments and career pathways meet the highest federal standards.Project Management: Lead on-site projects in the DC-Baltimore area, ensuring all reporting and program coordination milestones are met.What You BringFederal Expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of WIOA Title I regulations and workforce development policies.Compliance Mastery: Direct experience with the DOL CRC standards, ensuring programs are accessible, equitable, and free from discrimination.Proven Track Record: Experience working directly with workforce boards and building employer partnerships.Program Design: Expertise in vocational assessment and the development of structured career pathways.Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Workforce Development, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Communication: Exceptional report-writing skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Bonus Points:Direct past experience working within the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL).Experience in IT or AI-focused workforce development programs.Why DIT TECH?At DIT TECH, we don't just teach tech; we build futures.
