In this role, you'll work with developers, project managers, and Lean Six Sigma leaders to build technical solutions, analyze data, and improve workflows. You'll use a variety of tools and technologies to solve problems, support teams, and present insights to stakeholders.What You'll DoPartner with teams to find opportunities for process improvement and automation.Research and implement technical solutions (AI tools, internal apps, ETL, custom code, etc.).Gather, analyze, and interpret data from many different sources.Present findings clearly to internal and external partners.Create documentation for all technical solutions.Build and maintain dashboards and reports that support performance and continuous improvement.Required QualificationsStrong communication skills-verbal and written.Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn data into actionable insights.Experience in database analytics, visualization, and reporting.3+ years experience with:Microsoft OfficeSQL and relational databases (MSSQL, DB2, Teradata, Snowflake)Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)APIs (REST, SOAP)ETL tools and processesData extraction and analysisProject managementPreferred QualificationsHealthcare industry experience.Experience working with large claims datasets.Experience with SSIS, Alteryx, Tableau Prep, or similar ETL tools.Experience with reporting tools (SAP WebI, Crystal Reports).Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools.Experience with low/no‐code platforms (Quickbase, Archer eGRC).Experience with FTP/SFTP.Experience with Python and GitHub.Experience using AI/ML tools (e.g., ChatGPT).Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.EducationBachelor's degree preferred (especially in IT or related field) OR equivalent experience.Anticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
