This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned attorney looking to work on sophisticated middle-market and high-level transactions within a collaborative, client-focused environment that values long-term professional growth and stability.The role offers direct client interaction, meaningful responsibility, and exposure to complex corporate matters across a broad range of industries.ResponsibilitiesAdvise business clients on complex mergers and acquisitions corporate governance matters and general business transactions from inception through closing with accuracy and efficiencyDraft negotiate and review commercial contracts transaction documents and related corporate agreements across a diverse range of industries and deal structuresManage sophisticated transactional matters independently while working closely with established partners on high-level strategic corporate mattersProvide ongoing corporate advisory services to business clients including guidance on governance structures compliance matters and transactional strategyQualificationsJD from an ABA-approved law school with active New York Bar or NJ Bar membership preferred; strong academic credentials and superior drafting and negotiation skills required5+ years of corporate transactional experience with demonstrated exposure to M&A corporate governance commercial contracts and complex business transactionsStrong organizational communication and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environmentProven ability to manage transactions from inception through closing with direct client advisory responsibility and a collaborative team-oriented approachJoin Us This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced transactional attorney seekingsophisticated corporate work, mentorship and long-term stability.
