Director of Product Management - Janus
Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results driven individual to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the Janus Core product portfolio to drive business growth. A successful Director of Product Management will align product initiatives with company goals, ensure successful product delivery, and build and lead a high-performing product management team.
Responsibilities
Define and drive the overall product strategy in alignment with company vision and business objectives.
Develop and implement standardized product development processes across the organization.
Collaborate with executive leadership, engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver innovative products that meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.
Establish and manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation through launch and iteration.
Set clear goals and KPIs for product performance and regularly analyze data to drive decisions.
Prioritize product initiatives and manage trade-offs between scope, resources, and time-to-market.
Advocate for the voice of the customer and foster a customer-centric product culture.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
Build a high-performing team of product managers.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of launching and managing successful products at scale.
Strong understanding of product development processes and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with product and data analytics and tools.
Ability to think strategically while managing details and execution.
