This role is responsible for market research, board presentation compilation, site tracking, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to support new site development activities.Working closely with the Head of Development, financial analysts, and internal stakeholders, this position helps bring structure, accuracy, and consistency to a growing pipeline of development projects.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research for proposed new sites, including demographics and competitor analysisSupport site appraisal activities through research, data gathering, and analysisOwn the compilation of board-level presentation decks and supporting materialsPrepare reports, trackers, summaries, and other documentation to support development activityUpdate and maintain site tracking and reporting toolsCoordinate meetings, follow-up items, and communication across development workstreamsPartner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support project progress and information flowMaintain organized documentation and support efficient administrative processes across the teamEducation & ExperienceAssociate degree in Business, English, Writing, or a related field, or equivalent experience required2+ years of experience in an administrative, project coordination, development support, or similar business support roleExperience preparing reports, presentations, and professional documentation in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with real estate and financial models is an assetSkills & CompetenciesStrong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and research skillsDetail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable working with financial, numerical, and research-based dataProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to work effectively within project tracking, reporting, and document management systemsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyWhy Join Us?We are dedicated to giving children the best start in life, and you'll be part of that purpose every day.
