Job Title: Dispatch Manager (Multiple Openings) – Flatbed & Reefer OperationsLocation: Schaumburg, ILPay: $85,000 – $105,000/year + Bonus OpportunitiesA growing freight and logistics company based in Schaumburg, IL is seeking experienced Dispatch Managers to oversee Flatbed and Reefer operations. This is a full-time, in-office leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced transportation environment and has a strong background managing drivers, freight operations, and customer relationships.The ideal candidate will bring hands-on dispatch experience, strong operational leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage time-sensitive freight while maintaining excellent service levels.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage daily Flatbed and Reefer dispatch operationsSchedule and oversee timely pickups and deliveriesCommunicate effectively with drivers, brokers, and customersMonitor load status and resolve operational issues quickly and efficientlyEnsure proper cargo securement and compliance for Flatbed loadsSupport driver performance, routing, and operational planningMaintain strong customer service and professional communicationAssist with load planning, problem resolution, and daily dispatch supportWork collaboratively with operations and leadership teams to ensure smooth freight movementQualificationsPrevious experience in Flatbed and/or Reefer dispatch operations requiredStrong knowledge of OTR trucking operations and freight coordinationExperience with cargo securement and Flatbed freight preferredExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and make quick operational decisions under pressureStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentProfessional attitude and commitment to customer serviceWhat We OfferCompetitive salary: $85,000 – $105,000/yearBonus opportunitiesStable freight and consistent workloadSupportive and professional team environmentModern equipment and established customer baseOpportunity to grow with a stable and expanding transportation companyABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNEL:Accurate Personnel is here to help!
