Robot Maintenance LeadWe are seeking an experienced Robot Maintenance Lead to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining robotic equipment, supporting automation improvements, and leading robotic maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesEnsure all preventive maintenance is completed on robotic equipmentTroubleshoot and repair robotic systemsSupport and guide Robot Technicians during repairs and maintenance activitiesCollect and enter maintenance data into the work order systemImplement continuous improvement projects related to robotic automationCoordinate with vendors to order replacement partsOversee end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) design, build, and implementationSupport new robotic installations and production startupsFollow all safety procedures and company policiesQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentMinimum 5 years of experience programming and repairing industrial robotsExperience with Sepro and/or Sytrama injection molding robots requiredExperience with Fanuc robots preferredAbility to design and build end-of-arm toolingStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and lead maintenance projectsPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, bend, twist, and lift throughout the workdayComfortable working at heights using a manliftAbility to work in a manufacturing environmentWe offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for career growth.
