Our team prioritizes sustainable growth, strong unit economics, and meaningful user impact.The RoleWe are hiring a Product Manager, Retention & Rewards to own strategy and execution for increasing monthly active users (MAUs) and strengthening long-term engagement.This is a high-impact individual contributor role with full ownership of retention and engagement initiatives. You will lead the roadmap for rewards, lifecycle engagement, and in-product experiences that deepen habit formation and long-term value.You'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and data to build durable growth loops and scalable retention systems.What You'll OwnMAU growth and retention across key lifecycle milestonesRewards strategy and roadmap (earning, redemption, ledger experience, expansion)Lifecycle strategy across email, push, SMS, and in-product messagingExperimentation and analytics to identify high-leverage retention opportunitiesCross-functional execution to ship features that increase engagement and long-term valueStrategic input on product economics, user value, and support impactPlatform-level thinking across rewards, engagement tools, and core user flowsWhat You BringProven experience as a retention, lifecycle, or rewards-focused product manager in a consumer or fintech environmentStrong analytical capability and comfort working in SQL; able to build dashboards and use data to guide decisionsTrack record of leading high-impact initiatives in fast-paced environmentsAbility to translate complex retention mechanics into intuitive product experiencesStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsComfort operating in ambiguity and building from first principlesA high-performing individual contributor who enjoys ownership and deep work#J-18808-Ljbffr
