Project Architect OpportunityAn established civil/environmental engineering and surveying firm based in St. Charles is looking to add a Project Architect to their team! This individual will start out working in their St. Charles office, but can then transition to their Oak Brook location if preferred.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for leading the design and documentation efforts, along with overall project coordination and communication with consultants and engineersWill travel to job sites as needed for construction administration purposesWill work with clients (usually local municipalities) to understand the needs of the projectWill collaborate with trades in-houseQualificationsDegree in ArchitectureLicensed Architect in IL is highly preferredRevit or AutoCAD proficiencyExperience leading projects (not necessarily project teams) through construction administrationFamiliarity with a variety of building materialsFamiliarity with ADA/accessibility standardsMunicipal, industrial, or commercial project experienceJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Charles, IL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.46 - $57.69/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
