SummaryPrincipal responsibility is to manage sales and contractual commitments of the existing, potential new customers and grow sales revenue as defined by Director of Sales Americas. Must be able to provide excellent Contract Management.Essential FunctionsMeet daily, weekly and quarterly sales bookings targets.Manage and maximize regional revenue, profitability, and share within the structure of the regionMaintain and analyze essential metrics and necessary information to monitor the health of the contract and provide feedback to Seniors on Contract performanceDevelop and execute strategic initiatives to recover or improve PCC Metals performance in line with Contract requirementsPrioritize Technical Support projectsParticipate in negotiation of major agreements and amendments to the ContractsDevelop and nurture customer relationships at the highest level to support key accounts as well as TIMET business growth strategiesCoordinate and Interact with other TIMET divisions including Operations, Q&T, Logistics, Finance in North American and Europe to develop the business proposition.Manage inside and outside sales in RegionSet goals and objectives with inside and outside sales reps.Direct sales personal to meet weekly customer visits while penetrating each account to is highest level.Travel requirement is 70%Additional ResponsibilitiesExperience in contract management or negotiation3-10 years of Aerospace technical sales and/or marketing experience.Candidate should have worked for or worked with major Aerospace customers dealing at the senior levels.Ideally an Engineering or technical educationThe ideal candidate for the role of Regional Sales Manager must possess the perfect mix of sales and account management skillsQualificationsCompetenciesExcellent Communication SkillsEducation and ExperienceBachelor's Degree, Ideally an Engineering or technical education3-10 years of Aerospace technical sales and/or marketing experience.Candidate should have worked for or worked with major Aerospace customers dealing at the senior levels.Experience in contract management or negotiationThe ideal candidate for the role of Regional Sales Manager must possess the perfect mix of sales and account management skillsSpecial SkillsMulti-year contract negotiating skills with strong financial and legal componentsStrong financial analysisAbility to formulate improvement plans and engage with other TIMET disciplines to deliver to these plansAbility to develop strong enduring relationshipsStrategic thinkerAnalyticalSelf StarterAbility to drive action/changeMulti-task continuouslyStrong computer skillsAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPointAbility to work effectively in a team environment.This role involves some overseas travelAdditional NotesTravel 50 - 70%Physical DimensionsPhysical Demands – The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
