We are looking for a part time administrative assistant in the city of Poway to help support the Director at TMS Titanium, a metal company that has been in business for 18 years Description AR/AP (collections / enter bills) AR Reminders Credit Applications Capture CC payments when needed Answer phones, must have phone etiquette Coffee runs for Director, office supply run when needed ** This job starts as a part time gig, and after 90 days can turn full time, the task above does not give full time hours and not a heavy workload, for Full Time, will give more task to help the staff in the office ** Qualifications: 1: QuickBooks Knowledge 2: Must be willing to learn other task 3: Great Energy 4: Must be okay doing coffee runs, office supply run (ex: pick up ice cream for everyone) 5: Can work independently or with a team There may be times where we will need you to work past 5 hours, if someone is out. This position can potentially turn Full Time as we continue to grow ... for now this role will be 4-5 hours MON - FRI . Looking for someone with great personality, and someone who is willing to learn. Pay Rate: $20 - $ 24 Hour: 7:30 am - 12:30 pm OR 6:30 am - 2:30 pm (Training: 8 am - 1pm) No Benefits for part time employee Salary $19.6 - $24 per hour
