Brief DescriptionNextant is seeking a dynamic Program Manager Tech 5 to join our client team. to lead and coordinate cybersecurity initiatives across our organization, with a focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). This role combines strategic oversight, technical expertise, and project management to ensure security programs are successfully delivered on time and within budget.Job Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end lifecycles for security governance and risk management initiatives. Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. Implement and oversee risk management frameworks (RMF) and GRC processes. Enhance the organization’s security posture while ensuring full compliance. Promote and maintain engineering best practices across cybersecurity and security programs. Work closely with engineering, compliance, and operational teams to embed security measures. Leverage tools like Azure DevOps, PowerBI, and SharePoint for tracking metrics. Deliver insightful reports and dashboards to communicate progress and impact. Requirements:No degree is required to be eligible for this role. Minimum 8 years’ experience with Governance, Risk, and ComplianceMinimum 8 years’ experience with AzureMinimum 8 years’ experience with PowerBIMinimum 8 years’ experience with Azure DevOpsProven experience in program management within cybersecurity, GRC, and risk management. Proficiency with SharePoint. Strong communication and organizational skills with a track record of leading complex projects and delivering results across engineering teams. Strong oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to work with internal and external customers required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects required. Knowledge of Microsoft products and strategies preferred. The ideal resume would contain previous experience with NIST Cybersecurity framework.
