The Member Services Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring a seamless member experience. Daily tasks include handling incoming calls, providing exceptional support to address inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting services to meet customer needs. Collaboration with team members and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions are integral to this position.QualificationsStrong skills in Phone Etiquette and professional CommunicationExperience in Customer Service and delivering excellent Customer ExperienceAbility to identify client needs and drive Sales opportunitiesExcellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approachProblem-solving abilities and attention to detailFamiliarity with CRM tools and customer support software is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plusBilingual is a plus
