This role blends creative leadership with concept development and polished final deliverables.Responsibilities Include:Lead creative vision and artistic direction across multiple projectsDevelop concepts and guide them through to final, polished deliverablesRemain hands-on with graphic design and visual executionOversee and maintain brand consistency across campaigns and materialsCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholders on creative strategyReview and refine creative work to ensure high quality and impactManage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyIdeal Qualifications:Strong background in graphic design and art directionProven ability to lead creative vision while staying hands-onExcellent visual, layout, and typography skillsStrong concept development and creative thinking abilitiesHighly detail-oriented with a strong sense of qualityAble to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and collaboration skillsSalary: $150k–$200k To apply, please send your resume to Chaya@bhirednyc.com
