Program Management Analyst ITech(x) is an energized company comprised of experienced, specialized, and forward-thinking professionals supporting technology, security, logistics, project management, talent management, and procurement missions across the Department of War. Our team supports critical DoW initiatives through innovative program management, data-driven analysis, and mission-focused solutions.
The Program Management Analyst I provides analytical, technical, and administrative support to a multiple internal and external customers. This role supports acquisition planning, program execution, and operational oversight of government programs while ensuring compliance with DoW policies, acquisition regulations, and mission requirements.
ResponsibilitiesProgram & Acquisition Support
Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring program activities
Support acquisition and procurement initiatives including documentation, requirements analysis, and program tracking.
Assist in the preparation and review of acquisition documentation, program reports, and briefing materials for government leadership.
Program Analysis & Reporting
Track program performance metrics including cost, schedule, and performance indicators.
Conduct data analysis to support program reviews, operational assessments, and decision-making processes.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive briefings for government stakeholders.
Maintain program documentation repositories and configuration management records.
Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with customer team members, contracting team, laboratory personnel, and external stakeholders.
Support program meetings, technical reviews, and acquisition milestones.
Assist with program planning and execution activities across multiple stakeholders and organizations.
Compliance & Process Support
Ensure program activities comply with federal policies (FAR/DFAR).
Assist with internal process improvement initiatives and program governance.
Support ad hoc program management tasks as assigned by Tech(x) leadership or government program managers. All other duties assigned.
QualificationsExperience supporting federal contracts.
Familiarity with DoD acquisition lifecycle processes, program management frameworks, and government reporting requirements.
Experience supporting DOW-related procurement or acquisition initiatives within a government or contractor environment.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to interpret complex program data.
Ability to prepare professional level program documentation, briefings, and analytical reports for leadership.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work in a collaborative, mission-focused environment with government stakeholders.
Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and a respectful demeanor.
Preferred QualificationsExperience working in or supporting Army laboratory environments (RDT&E).

Test & Evaluation documentation
Experience supporting software implementation, system configuration evaluation, or change management in a DoD environment.
Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder enterprise initiatives across government and contractor organizations.
Familiarity with Army program offices at Aberdeen Proving Ground.
Clearance: Current DoW secret level Clearance.
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher degree in business, Finance or related field. 4-7 years of experience related to operations, projects and programs. 4 years of direct related experience can be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
