About the Job We areseekingan experienced, highly driven Program Manager to playa centralroleinourgrowth. This position owns full accountability for bringing new service offerings to market—defining what "readyto ship" looks like, aligning teams around a clear plan, and driving execution across the company. Thisisa builder role designed for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving ambiguous problems, and wants direct ownership over launches that materiallyimpactcompany growth. What You Will Do As Program Manager, you will serve as the go-to-market quarterback for new service offerings—responsible for turning strategy into execution and ensuring our teams are prepared to win in the market. Go-to-Market Leadership Leadthe end-to-end go-to-market program for new service launches, from early definition through post-launch optimization. Define launch scope, success criteria, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans. Act as the single point of accountability forlaunchreadiness across the organization. Cross-Functional Execution Lead and align teams across Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Support . Translate product capabilities into concrete deliverablesrequiredto sell, implement, support, and scale new services. Drive clarity, momentum, and accountability in an environment where speed and focus matter. Launch Readiness & Market Expansion Ensure all go-to-market components are delivered andvalidated, including:Sales enablement and positioningCustomer onboarding and service delivery workflowsSupport readiness and escalation pathsPricing, billing, and operational processesCompliance and regulatory requirements (where applicable)Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure launches directly support market expansion and customer acquisition goals . Stakeholder Leadership & Communication Provide clear, concise updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and launch readiness.Surface tradeoffs early and drive decisions that balance speed, quality, and scalability.Build trust across teams by bringing structure, transparency, and follow-through. Post-Launch Learning & Optimization Collaborate with Product team to executepost-launch retrospectives and performance tracking.Measure adoption, customer outcomes, and operational effectivenessin collaboration with Product leaders.Feed insights back into Product and Operations to continuously improve future launches. What You Need 3–5 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or similar roles driving complex, cross-functional initiatives.Demonstrated success launching new products or service offerings , ideally in a SaaS environment.Proven ability tooperateeffectively in growth-stage companies where processes are evolving.Strong execution mindset with the ability to turn ambiguity into action.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. What Makes You a Standout Hands-on experience with Payroll Services , including payroll operations, tax filings, compliance, or payroll software platforms.Familiarity with regulated service launches involving financial or employee data.Experience with hospitality, fintech, payroll technology, or labor management systems.Comfort working in Agile or iterative development environments.Experienceinfluencing and building awarenessacross teams without formal authority.
