Junior Civil Engineer (FE / PE Track)

This role is the perfect bridge between design production and project leadership, offering clear upward mobility. What You Will DoPerform civil engineering design calculations and analysis for infrastructure, land development, roads, and site grading. Oversee and hands-on contribute to the production of high-fidelity construction documents utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D.Prepare project documentation, technical reports, and regulatory permit applications for local and state agencies. Assist with essential project management tasks, including cost estimating, budgeting, and construction monitoring to keep projects on track. What We Are Looking ForExperience: 4–10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design or site land development. Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with an active FE (EIT) certification or a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) status. Software Skills: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Esri ArcGIS.Capabilities: A self-starting attitude with foundational knowledge of construction methods and design standards.
