Salesforce Developer Location: McLean, VA Domain: Banking / Financial Services Work Arrangement: Hybrid Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate should have experience working in the banking or financial services domain and be comfortable developing scalable Salesforce solutions. Must-Have Skills 10+ years of experience in Salesforce Development Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Experience with Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Asynchronous Apex Experience with REST/SOAP APIs Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules Experience with Git and CI/CD Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment Banking / Financial Services domain experience Preferred Skills Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms Salesforce Platform Developer I / II certification Experience with Salesforce Flow and OmniStudio Experience with DevOps Center / Copado / Gearset Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture / Platform Events Experience with Data Loader and Salesforce migration tools Experience with AI/Einstein features in Salesforce Experience working with large enterprise Salesforce implementations Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications. Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow. Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Develop triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes. Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices. Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, and other development teams. Support Salesforce releases, deployments, and CI/CD processes.
