We provide our employees with a positive work environment and social activities that reinforce teamwork.Venturi, LLC, a Chenega Company, has an exciting career opportunity for an MBSE Systems Engineer who will provide senior technical and advisory assistance to the Targets Program Office by aiding in the refinement and implementation of MBSE design standards across a portfolio of products necessary to achieve mission success for the Missile Defense Agency.ResponsibilitiesServe as designer for the implementation of the Government Reference Architecture MBSE solution across the Targets Program officeAuthor process documents, develop template frameworks, and construct metric reporting methods to facilitate the execution of the MBSE solution to existing and future programsUse requirements analysis to create and maintain the (GRA) in CameoPerform and lead systems engineering duties to elicit stakeholder requirements and mission needsPerform functional analysis using Model-based Systems Engineering techniques and toolsDefine requirements, perform functional analysis using Model-based Systems Engineering techniques and toolsAssist in requirements development and managementPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree with 7+ years of working on missile defense-related or other DoD programs/projectsExperience with Cameo Systems ModelerActive Secret ClearancePreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with MDA programs and processesExperience with missiles, targets, missile defense systems, or hypersonic weaponsHands-on experience with integrated requirements tools, such as DOORS NGExposure to MDA test events and activitiesKnowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesKnowledge of Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE), preferably with direct experience working on DoD SystemsAbility to train others on MBSE concepts and toolsExperience with languages used for architecture modeling (i.e., DoD Architecture Framework and Unified Architecture Framework (UAF))How you’ll grow At Chenega MIOS, our professional development plan focuses on helping our team members at every level of their careers to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
