This role combines platform administration, cloud service configuration, and team leadership. Candidates should bring strong technical experience, particularly with Azure or similar, and a proactive, independent work style.ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a hybrid/offshore team; drive priorities and deliveryAdminister and support platforms across Windows and Linux environmentsConfigure and integrate cloud services (Key Vaults, storage, VMs, VNets)Establish SLAs, formalize onboarding processes, and ensure platform securityAutomate maintenance, updates, and compliance tasksMonitor system health, perform upgrades, and ensure regulatory alignmentDrive structure, documentation, and operational consistencyQualifications5+ years in enterprise platforms/admin, scripting (IaC), and cloud servicesStrong Azure (or equivalent cloud) experience, Terraform, and KubernetesFluent in enterprise networking concepts (private links, certs, VLANs)Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsComfortable working independently with remote teamsExperience in regulated environments or familiarity with change control processesNice to HaveExposure to Databricks, Airflow, Kafka, and enterprise app onboardingExperience bringing structure and automation to platform operationsIdeal BackgroundProgressed from desktop/server/app support into platform planning/architectureThrives in fast-moving, challenge-driven environmentsJ-18808-Ljbffr
