Java Software Applications Development Lead

Overview As Java Software Applications Development Lead, you will drive backend system design and delivery using Java, Spring, and microservices. You will architect scalable, reliable solutions and guide data access across Oracle and MongoDB in high-performance environments. You’ll mentor developers, promote TDD and code quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features. You will also lead containerization, CI/CD automation, and deployment practices to ensure high availability. This role combines technical leadership with a focus on delivering robust, scalable banking software at Citi.
