Responsibilities include overseeing conference and convention services, collaborating with clients to ensure their needs are met, and managing logistics such as meeting and event planning. The position requires strong communication and organizational skills to deliver outstanding guest experiences and meet operational goals.QualificationsStrong skills in Convention Services and Conference Services managementExpertise in Customer Satisfaction and the ability to maintain exceptional client relationshipsProficiency in Meeting Planning and Event PlanningAbility to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and manage logistics effectivelyExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsPrior experience in hospitality, event management, or a related field is beneficialBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related discipline preferredKnowledge of industry software for event and conference coordination is an advantage
