You'll collaborate closely with estimators, superintendents, trade partners, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.This position is ideal for a hands-on construction professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats across project management, operations, and preconstruction.Key Responsibilities:Project LeadershipDevelop, manage, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and contracts to ensure successful project delivery.Lead projects from kickoff through completion while maintaining quality, safety, and client satisfaction.Client & Team CommunicationBuild strong client relationships by setting expectations, communicating progress, and resolving issues proactively.Collaborate closely with superintendents, estimators, vendors, and trade partners throughout the project lifecycle.Operational & Financial ManagementIdentify and address project risks and time-sensitive issues before they impact project success.Assist with estimating, bid pursuits, forecasting, and operational improvements.Vendor & Trade Partner CoordinationManage trade partner and vendor performance while maintaining high standards for quality and execution.What We're Looking For:5+ years of construction project management experience preferredProven ability to successfully manage projects on time and within budgetStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience working with project schedules, budgets, contracts, and forecastingKnowledge of scheduling and project/planning management software preferredExperience with alternative delivery methods such as Design/Build and CM-R is a plusBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferredWhy Join Telamon?100% Employee-Owned (ESOP)Collaborative, team-oriented cultureOpportunity for high visibility and impactDiverse commercial and industrial projectsCompetitive compensation and benefits401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and holidaysMedical and dental benefitsIf you're interested in learning more about this opportunity confidentially, feel free to apply or reach out directly.
