This role combines hands-on manual testing, test automation development, and the use of AI tools in the SDLC. You will contribute to building reliable test coverage, improving automation, and ensuring overall product quality.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze requirements and workflows to design effective manual and automated test cases, prioritizing automation where appropriatePerform comprehensive manual and automated testing, including exploratory, functional, regression, and end-to-end testingDesign, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for high-value and repeatable scenariosContribute to test coverage across UI, API, and integration layersIdentify, document, and triage defects with clear reproduction steps and root cause insightsUse AI tools to enhance testing, including test case generation, defect analysis, automated test development, and test optimizationCollaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLCContribute to CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster feedback cyclesContinuously evaluate and improve what should be tested manually vs. automatedQualificationsRequired Basic QualificationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail5 years of QA experience - Automation and Manual.Proven experience in manual testing of web applicationsSolid understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and best practicesStrong experience with SQL and data validationHands-on experience with test automation frameworks and toolsProficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java)Experience testing APIs and data-driven systemsExperience working with modern CI/CD pipelinesComfort using AI tools within the software development lifecycle (e.g., AI-assisted test creation, code generation, debugging, or analysis tools)Preferred QualificationsExperience testing complex, data-driven web applicationsFamiliarity with healthcare or health insurance or Medicaid domainsExperience with modern automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar)Exposure to cloud-based environments and microservices architecturesExperience with performance or load testingCompensation and Benefits-Competitive compensation - All In range of ($120,000-$140,000).
