A rewarding contract opportunity is available for licensed Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support diverse school settings across multiple locations in Palm Beach County, Florida. This full-time, on-site position involves providing evaluation, therapy, and intervention services to students ranging from Pre-K to high school, with caseloads varying by assignment and including students with regular education, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Pre-K communication needs, Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH), and other special populations.Location: Multiple school sites across Palm Beach County, FL (West Palm Beach and surrounding areas)Contract Duration: ASAP start through May 29, 2026Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week (7 hours per day)On-Site Work: Required; separate job order for virtual opportunitiesCaseload: Varies by school site and student needsResponsibilities:Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments to identify students' needsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans and goalsDeliver evidence-based speech-language therapy to support communication developmentCollaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progressMaintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelinesParticipate in meetings, IEP reviews, and professional development activities Qualifications:Current and active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist License issued by the Department of HealthCertificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferredExperience working with pediatric populations in school settings, especially with diverse caseloads including ASD and other special education needsAbility to complete fingerprinting and background clearance as required by Florida school districtsStrong communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with educators and families Benefits:Work in a dynamic educational environment with supportive teamsGain varied experience across multiple schools with diverse student populationsContract role allowing professional growth within a major school district
