Merissa Leigh Salon is a luxury, community-driven hair salon located in Greenwich, Connecticut, rooted in our core pillars of style, connection, and community. We specialize in elevated color, modern styling, and thoughtful client experiences, with a strong focus on professionalism, quality, and brand integrity.We are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media & Brand Manager to support our growing digital presence and help bring our brand vision to life.Responsibilities:Managing and scheduling Instagram & TikTok content for the salonFilming and editing short-form video (Reels, behind-the-scenes, transformations)Writing captions aligned with brand voice and aestheticMaintaining consistency across visual identity and messagingSupporting in-salon events, launches, and campaignsCollaborating closely with the salon owner on creative direction and strategyGrowth Opportunity:As the business continues to evolve, this role has the opportunity to expand beyond the salon to support future brand and product initiatives. This may include assisting with brand storytelling, content creation, and digital presence as new offerings develop.This position is ideal for someone excited by brand building, entrepreneurship, and growing alongside a business in its early stages.Qualifications:Experience managing Instagram or short-form video content for a brand or businessStrong eye for aesthetics, branding, and visual storytellingOrganized, reliable, and self-directedComfortable working both in-salon and remotelyExperience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands is a plusRole Details:Part-time (approximately 10–20 hours per week)Hybrid: in-salon + remoteOpportunity to expand scope and hours as the business grows
