You will be responsible for building high-performance backend systems, integrating Actimize modules, handling massive transactional datasets, and moving services toward modern cloud/SaaS architectures.Key Responsibilities1. Core Backend & Product DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web-based applications using Java and Spring Boot.Build and scale microservices and handle distributed system designs capable of checking millions of transactions daily.Create and optimize complex workflows, plugins, and alert management rules.2. Actimize Platform Integration & CustomizationConfigure and customize standard NICE Actimize modules such as ActOne (Risk Case Manager/RCM), Actimize Intelligence Server (AIS), and Customer Due Diligence (CDD).Implement custom Java plugins within the Actimize framework to handle specific financial compliance business logic.Work on data ingestion, mapping, and ETL data feeds into Actimize platforms.3. Database & Performance TuningWrite highly optimized SQL and PL/SQL queries for relational databases like Oracle, MS SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.Address bottlenecks by performing database tuning, query optimization, and Java application performance fixes.4. Modern Architecture & CI/CDContainerize applications using Docker and manage orchestration with Kubernetes.Collaborate on moving legacy environments to public cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).Maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines via Jenkins and Git.Technical Requirements (What You Have Got to Take)Must-Have Core Technical SkillsJava Mastery: Strong experience in core Java, Java EE, and OOP/OOD principles.Frameworks: Extensive experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate (ORM).Database Experience: Strong proficiency in SQL/relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).Messaging/Streaming: Familiarity with JMS or Apache Kafka.Actimize Specific Experience (Highly Preferred)Hands-on experience with Actimize technical suites: AIS (Visual Modeler) and RCM (ActOne).Experience implementing compliance analytics like Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or Fraud prevention solutions.Frontend & Modern Tooling (Full Stack Advantage)UI Frameworks: Experience or familiarity with modern frontend web frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.DevOps/Cloud: Foundational knowledge of AWS cloud services, Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.Build Tools: Strong experience with Git, Maven, or Gradle.
