Job DescriptionOur client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a "Global Project Manager- Personalized Healthcare Solutions" based out of Tucson, AZ (Hybrid).Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)Pay Rate : $57/hr - $62/hr on W2 DOECompany Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick leave, 401KDuration: Long term contract (Possibility of further extension)As part of the Project Management Chapter, the Global Project Manager (GPM) plays a key role in optimized product delivery and is accountable for all project management aspects of various projects from simple to complex in nature. Drives the project/product from the original concept through completion by developing and directing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, spending, resource plans, and status reports. As a trusted advisor, the Global Project Manager translates and drives projects into products and enables the organization to use energy and time effectively and efficiently while quickly responding to changing business needs across the portfolio.Primary Responsibilities:Own end-to-end project/program/product planning for CDx development and product care, including timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and communicationsDevelop, maintain, and drive integrated project plans with dependencies, capacity, and financial controlsEnsure high-quality project execution through robust planning, risk management, critical path analysis, and scenario modelingLead and execute project management governance activities (milestone reviews, capacity reviews, QCRs) and drive continuous improvement initiativesSelect and apply appropriate project methodologies, including Agile and hybrid Agile models; coach teams on best practicesDefine, track, and report KPIs, OKRs, OBPs, and standard metrics to improve quality, efficiency, and delivery outcomesAct as a trusted advisor providing a holistic, 360° view of project health, risks, and value deliveryServe as the single point of control for consolidated project and program data across functionsLead project team meetings and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams and sub-chaptersIdentify risks, gaps, bottlenecks, and delays; proactively propose mitigation strategies and recovery plansEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Life Sciences field.4 years of experience in project management / engineering/ business in the diagnostic, medical device, pharmaceutical or biotech industry leading product development and product care projects.At least one year of experience in the following areas: clinical biomarker or In Vitro Diagnostic development, companion diagnostic development, analytical and clinical validations, regulatory submissions, instrument/systems development, or program management)If interested, please send us your updated resume at
