An ideal candidate is a versatile and collaborative Physician who values providing equitable care to all populations. This role involves providing continuing, comprehensive wellness, preventative, and medical care to families and/or adults. Physicians right out of residency are welcome to apply.Required Qualifications Graduated from an accredited medical school with a MD or DO degreeCurrent CA state medical licenseCompleted an accredited residency programCurrent DEA certificateBoard certified in primary careCurrent CPR certification1-2 years of experience (preferred)Spanish fluency (preferred)ResponsibilitiesPrescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury; Maintaining the patient record in a timely fashionProvide narrative summaries in EMR to communicate patient information to other health care providersOrder, perform, and interpret tests and analyze records, reports, and examination information to diagnose patients' conditionCollect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports, and examination resultsMonitor patients' conditions and progress and reevaluate treatments as necessaryExplain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patientsAdvise patients concerning diet, activity, and disease preventionRefer patients to medical specialists or other practitioners when necessaryAbout Provider HealthcareProvider Healthcare is a prominent healthcare recruitment firm that places highly qualified and skilled healthcare professionals in excellent employment opportunities across the country.
