Job Title: SharePoint DeveloperLocation: Washington DC, on siteUS Citizenship is required.Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; an active clearance is preferred.OverviewBI Solutions, Inc. is seeking qualified SharePoint Developers to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint-based solutions and web applications in support of enterprise IT initiatives. This role supports application development, system integration, and process automation while ensuring compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of the Navy (DON) policies and cybersecurity requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop SharePoint Online / SharePoint Server solutions, including:Sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and dashboardsDevelop custom applications using:SPFx, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate), and web technologiesTranslate user requirements into functional and technical designsPerform coding, testing, debugging, and deployment of applications aligned with Government standards.Conduct code reviews and vulnerability assessments to ensure secure development practicesEnsure compliance with:Section 508 accessibilityDoD / DON IT and cybersecurity policiesCollaborate with Government stakeholders and IT teams to:Gather requirementsDocument system functionalityRequired Qualifications Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance . Existing clearance is highly desired.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in SharePoint development or a related technical field.Experience with:SharePoint Online / SharePoint ServerMicrosoft 365 ecosystemWeb technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).NET / C# (for server-side or legacy environments)Experience with requirements analysis and SDLC methodologiesAbility to document solutions and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersPreferred SkillsSharePoint Framework (SPFx) developmentPower Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)Experience in federal or DoD environmentsKnowledge of RMF / A&A processesCurrent security clearance or ability to obtain one.Company OverviewHeadquartered in Harrisburg, PA, BI Solutions, Inc. is an innovative small business specializing in data analytics, enterprise reporting, and data warehousing services.
