Pharmaceutical Sales Recruiter - Contractor

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified pharmaceutical sales candidates. You will work with internal hiring managers to identify target candidate profiles and provide a slate of best-fit candidates to quickly fill open positions of critical need. You will:Source candidates through the Syneos Health ATS, job boards, and social mediaScreen and interview candidatesManage candidate progression through hiring manager interviews Essential Requirements:A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications or related fieldRecruiting or internship experience in a customer facing roleStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong computer skills including AI, web-based tools, MS Office skillsAt Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
