Immediate openings and urgently hiring!What We Offer: Weekly Pay - you receive a paycheck every week Comprehensive Benefits Package Safety First!Pay: $21 to $27 depending on experienceRESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS: Mix and apply epoxy and enamel paints according to specificationsRead and interpret job specifications and complete work to required standardsWork efficiently and independently without on‑site supervisionFollow proper paint induction times and apply coatings using spray painting or pumping (gas‑free) proceduresUnderstand the differences between critical and non‑critical coated systemsApply marine coatings in accordance with safety data sheets and NAVSEA 718 product data sheetsPerform surface preparation in compliance with SSPC standards: SP‑1, SP‑2, SP‑3, SP‑5, SP‑6, SP‑10, SP‑11, and SP‑12Use power tools associated with surface preparation and paint removalFollow NAVSEA 009‑32 standard item requirementsPerform work in confined spaces when requiredKnowledge of marine paints, coating systems, and related safety documentationExperience with power tool cleaning and surface preparationAbility to work safely in confined spacesStrong understanding of marine coating application processesAbout CTR Group:CTR Group operates in the staffing and recruitment industry, Nationwide for over 35 years.
