This role is responsible for ensuring production efficiency, maintaining product quality, and upholding food safety standards. The supervisor will lead a small team and foster a positive, accountable work environment. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively support and communicate with the workforce.Job Duties: Supervise daily production to meet safety, quality, and output goals.Lead, coach, and support a team of 8–10 production employees.Monitor production performance and maintain accurate records.Enforce food safety, GMP, and safety procedures.Communicate with leadership and support continuous improvement efforts.Qualifications: 2+ years of manufacturing experience; food production preferred.Previous leadership or supervisory experience.Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).Knowledge of production processes, safety, and quality standards.Familiarity with HACCP, SQF, or Lean principles is a plus.Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
