Geriatric Nurse Practitioner- (Hybrid) - Mt Kisco, NY Location: Mt Kisco, NYHYBRID: On-site at assisted living communities in Northern Westchester Co., NY combined with telehealth(W2 and 1099 compensation models available. Also includes travel reimbursement.)Responsibilities:Conduct full health assessments, exams, and medication reviews.Create personalized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.Manage chronic and acute conditions with confidence and compassion.Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests.Requirements:Master's degree from an accredited NP program.Active New York State NP license and DEA registration.Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid billing.3+ years of clinical experience (geriatric or long-term care experience is a big plus).Benefits:All standard benefits available.
