We offer a full continuum of services-including independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care-designed to support residents at every stage of aging.Caregiver-CNAThe caregiver provides physical care to the residents of the household to meettheir daily needs and enable them to function at the highest possible level.While this care is provided under the leadership of a professional nurse, thecaregiver is the residents' closest advocate in the household. The caregiverpromotes the residents' psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationshipbuilding and works with the household team to meet other social service needsof the resident and of the household, always providing support, friendship andkindness for each of the household members. The caregiver plans and facilitatessocial activities for residents of the household which provide meaningful waysto spend time as recreation, exercise, relationship building and fun. Thecaregiver also supports the household homemaker in maintaining a clean safehousehold environment and in caring for the resident's personal laundry. Allcaregiver tasks are performed in accordance with current standards, guidelinesand regulations and in a safe and efficient manner.Minimal Education:High School graduate or GED required.Minimal Experience:Minimum of three (3) months workexperience in basic nursing procedures for nursing assistants.Other Qualifications:Graduate of a state approved program for nursing assistants. Competency evaluated, tested, and registered with the state.Completion of cross training for household activities, household social service, householdhousekeeping, household laundry required.
