Community Based Program Coordinator

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to join our team. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the Prevocational and College Program to support individuals with developmental disabilities. Duties: - Manage and supervise program staff to ensure effective program delivery to prepare people supported for College Courses and Employment - Develop and implement prevocational activities such as Job Club for people with I/DD-----Ensure people supported are making progress in the areas of travel training, interview skills and social skills - Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community partners and attend meetings such as ISPs - Coordinate program logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation - Provide administrative support for program operations - Monitor program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess the following: -Bachelors degree in social work, human services or a related field - Experience in managing programs - At least 2 years of supervisory experience - Proven ability in program development and implementation - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
