Interventional Cardiologist Opening â€" Farmington, Missouri (Near St. Louis)A Board Eligible or Board Certified Interventional Cardiologist is needed to join a growing cardiology team in Farmington, Missouriâ€"located about 90 minutes from St. Louis. This is a full-time position with excellent mentorship, state-of-the-art facilities, and no after-hours STEMI call, offering strong work-life balance in a physician-led organization.About the Opportunity-Provide inpatient and outpatient cardiology care-Perform interventional procedures: cardiac catheterizations, PCI, CardioMEMS, peripheral vascular procedures-Newly renovated cath lab with dedicated procedural blocks-Optional device/pacemaker implantation (not required)-Work alongside a team of Interventional and Invasive Cardiologists, plus experienced APPs-EPIC EMR-Collaboration with system-wide Cardiac Service Line-Participate in program development and community outreach-Mentorship available for recent fellowship graduatesSchedule / Call-1:4 call rotation-One night per week and one weekend per month-Minimal call-backs-No after-hours STEMI callCandidate Parameters-Board Eligible (Accepts 2026â€"2027 Interventional Fellows) or Board Certified-Completion of Interventional Cardiology fellowship required-Not accepting locums or 1099 candidates-Open to visa candidates (J1 and H1B)Compensation and Benefits-Base Salary: $650,000 (2-year guarantee), transition to wRVU productivity model-$50,000 sign-on bonus-$2,000 monthly fellowship stipend for candidates still in training-Generous relocation assistance-4 weeks PTO + 5 CME days-Annual CME allowance-Comprehensive benefits package including:-Health, dental, vision, life, disability-401(k) with employer match and 457(b)-FSA and HSA options-Malpractice insurance with tail-Tuition reimbursement / PSLF eligible-Employee Assistance Program and system-wide discounts-Leadership development opportunities-High earning potential; current cardiologists earn above the 80th percentile nationally
