You will use assessment data, classroom observations, research, and center feedback to strengthen teaching practices and create practical training and resources for teachers and center leaders nationwide.Key ResponsibilitiesCurriculum & AssessmentSupport consistent implementation of TLE's curriculum across ECE classroomsApply child development research and developmentally appropriate practices to strengthen teaching and learningAnalyze child assessment and classroom observation data to identify trends and opportunitiesTranslate findings into curriculum, resource, and professional development recommendationsSupport alignment with state Early Learning StandardsTraining & Teacher DevelopmentServe as an ECE subject matter expert for curriculum and instructional trainingPartner with Curriculum and Learning & Development to create scalable professional developmentDevelop training scripts, facilitator guides, presentations, and teacher resourcesCreate content for workshops, virtual training, and on-demand learningUse data and feedback to continuously improve training and resourcesOperations & QualityPartner with Operations and center leaders to improve curriculum implementationDevelop practical solutions that strengthen classroom quality and teacher effectivenessSupport center leaders in communicating TLE's educational approach to familiesMaintain knowledge of childcare licensing, Early Learning Standards, NAEYC standards, and developmentally appropriate practiceSupport alignment of curriculum, training, and quality requirementsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Curriculum and Instruction, Education, or related field; Master's preferred5+ years of experience in early childhood education, curriculum implementation, instructional leadership, or teacher developmentStrong knowledge of child development from birth through age five and developmentally appropriate practiceExperience supporting curriculum in preschool, childcare, or other ECE settingsExperience using child assessment or classroom observation dataExperience developing teacher training, professional development, or instructional resourcesFamiliarity with Early Learning Standards, childcare licensing, NAEYC, or similar quality standardsExcellent communication, presentation, organization, and project management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience as a Preschool/Pre-K Teacher, Curriculum Director, Education Manager, Instructional Coach, or Early Childhood SpecialistExperience supporting multiple early childhood education locationsMulti-site, franchise, or national ECE experienceWhy Join TLECompetitive $80,000–$90,000 salary and comprehensive benefitsInfluence curriculum quality across a national organizationDevelop training and resources that support teachers nationwideProfessional development and career advancement opportunitiesCompensation: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
