Help Keep Our Shop Moving - Even on the WeekendsAs a Weekend Material Handler / Stager at Klute, you'll play a key role in keeping our steel fabrication operations running smoothly. Your work behind the scenes ensures our welders and machine operators have the right materials, in the right place, at the right time.Working weekends, you'll help stage parts, move and organize steel, and support production flow in a fast-paced shop environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in staying organized, and understand that good preparation makes great production possible - this role is for you.What You'll DoStage steel parts for welders using project blueprintsMove, sort, and organize materials throughout the shopStack and store steel plate safely and efficientlyChamfer, countersink, and clean holes using a drill press and hand toolsOperate forklifts and overhead cranes to move materialCommunicate with welders, machine operators, and production leadershipSupport inventory organization and material prioritiesWhat We're Looking ForSafety-focused, reliable, and detail-oriented team memberAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environmentComfortable operating forklifts and shop equipment (or willing to learn)Ability to work efficiently around moving equipment and pedestriansWhy KluteWeekend-only scheduleHands-on role that directly supports productionOpportunity to gain experience in steel fabricationTeam environment that values pride in workmanship and doing things rightHours for this role are Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6 AM - 6:30 PM.
